For handmade glassware, sizes and finish condition are not always uniform. There are slight variations in shape, color, dimensions, and so on. Inevitably, small bubbles and contamination but without quality problems.

Products of Shotoku Glass are not made of heat-resistant glass or tempered glass. A rapid change in temperature (particularly rapid cooling) may cause enough stress to result in breakage. Never put cold water or ice into a hot or warm glass.

Please avoid using microwave, electric or gas oven, direct fire, and dishwasher.
